We would like to extend our utmost thanks and gratitude for all the positive feedback and response, since we launched last August at the Wedding Congress. We wont be able to get this far without you.
We are looking forward to hearing from you. Let us know how we can help you prepare for your big day. We are so excited about new things coming up this year, and new friends we will meet.
The books are now open. Since our boxes and missalettes are all hand-made, please note our 2-3 weeks production lead time. The earlier you book, the earlier we can have your orders ready.
Again, thanks so much, congratulations and best wishes to all our TPR brides!
ThePenguinRepublic started in 2007, but has been assisting events since 2001. It all started as a hobby and favor to friends, and with the designs we had made and will make, we would like to extend a helping hand to those who need them most - soon-to-be-weds, debutantes, or even event organisers of all trades in a budget.
We are now accepting booking orders for favor boxes for weddings, debuts and special occasions. Our souvenir boxes are hand-crafted to your preference, with your design, motif and even your monogram. We also accept projects for your Desktop Publishing needs. We design collaterals for events such as weddings, debuts, corporate functions, etc., invitations, gift cards, missalettes, calling cards, tickets, posters, logos, etc. according to your specs.
Please feel free to post a message with your feedback, or with your query, and I will be more that happy to answer them for you. I would also appreciate your signature and a message on our guest book.
Have fun, and thanks.

Every month, we would introduce one of our designs so that you can know more of them. Let us know when you have a favorite so that we can also post them here.
It's a brand new year, so let's start the year fun and bright. For the first month of the 2010, ThePenguinRepublic welcomes the New Year with Vanessa...
Vanessa is one of the biggest boxes we made in 2009, and to mention, one of the most customised. Come to think of it, it's like it was fully custom-made. Made for Vanessa d'Cunha's primary wedding sponsors last September 2009, she asked ThePenguinRep if we can execute what she had in mind. With the help fashion designer Edd Sy, we came up with a BIG double decked guchie-styled box which measured 12" x 8" x 3".
Sir Edd really wanted it to be elegant, that he decided to use two-tone metallic tafetta brocade with sequins in floral design, burgundy for the ninangs, and yellow green for the ninongs. This is the first time that ThePenguinRep used tafetta, and with brocade accents. Not bad for a first time! He also changed the lock from the usual semi-triangle to a U-shaped flap with magnetic snaps. Vanessa's design is actually a modified concept of TPR's Earl box. We kept the detachable compartments, only that, instead of just having 1 detachable, we made two on the sides and one covered compartment in the middle. To keep the design, we used tafetta for the detachables and the compartment cover, then we lined them with black suede [for burgundy] and moss green [for yellow green], giving it a contrasting color tone.
Of course, there's no way to brand a TPR box other than a metallic stamp of the couple's monogram. Well, this time, Vanessa and Carlo had a monogram design ready, so we just had them printed in silver just right below the mirror.
For the young couple, an avant-garde design is best suitable as keepsake to their second parents. Vanessa and Carlo said their "I do's" on 15 September 2009.
